Kristen was born and raised in the state of Idaho. She has five sisters, two brothers, one German Shepard and two loving parents.
Kristen is always interested in learning new and efficient ways on how to be healthier and how to make the earth a better place. She believes it is important to be kind to your body and it’s environment.
When Kristen isn’t working she is more than likely spending time with her friends and family, doing something outdoorsy, trying new foods, or just simply eating an avocado.
